Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all PurePaws Naturals products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without the need for justification. To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
