  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days (only available for certain regions)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size of the order, and the chosen shipping method. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and you will be able to review it before completing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery times may vary based on location.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) to help you monitor the delivery progress.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. You can also log in to your PurePaws Naturals account to check your order status at any time.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across Canada, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO Addresses

  • Some international regions (please check our checkout page for details)

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team at orders@avacommerce.net within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct product.
